RYAN SCHETELICK (Chair)
Ryan has 20+ years of experience leading and learning within schools and school districts. Ryan was a school leader at Bronx Charter School for the Arts, a blue ribbon arts-integration school in the South Bronx. Ryan then served as a leadership/literacy consultant in Newark, NJ where he helped dramatically improve student performance in 8 schools before going on to the Office of New Schools at the NYCDOE, where he led the selection and development of new school principals for small new schools in NYC. Following his tenure with the DOE, Ryan joined School Empowerment Network (SEN), an educational non-profit focused on school design and leader development. Ryan then founded Improving Schools, Inc to bring the successful school improvement practices to other districts around the country.
GARY WHYLD (SECRETARY/TREASURER)
Gary has 15+ years in talent acquisition and is currently a Senior Director in Worldwide Talent Acquisition and Mobility at Fragomen, the largest law firm in the world dedicated to corporate immigration and is recognized as the leading global immigration services provider. Gary’s belief in strong customer service and the power of sustained candidate/client relationships makes him a unique talent in any sales/recruitment environment. Gary specializes in recruitment strategy and change management. Gary’s hands-on agency experience within two of the world’s leading recruitment firms demonstrates a proven track record as both a producer and a manager.
ANDREW ESTILL (VICE CHAIR)
Andrew has spent the last two decades building and working within dynamic and cross-functional teams inside the risk management space, helping solve clients’ challenges in their efforts to grow and operate outside their local geographies. Andrew specializes in helping organizations establish disciplined frameworks for due diligence and M&A transactions, data benchmarking programs, and developing and implementing a strategy for new business. Andrew is results-driven, collaborative and creative, with a track record of successes in partnering with organizations to achieve business and talent development along with operational excellence.
